D. Mullally, civil servant, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong in 1842. He was the clerk in charge of the Post Office (vice Thomas Fitzgibbon) in 1842. The March 31, 1842 issue of the Friend of China, however, referred him to as the Postmaster.
