Bowden, William

William Bowden, tavern-keeper, later civil servant, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong from 1846 to 1848. He ran a tavern named London Tavern, which was housed inside Chinam's Hong, in 1846. He worked for Surveyor General's Office as the Inspector of Roads in 1848.
