Inglis, A.L.

A.L. Inglis, civil servant, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong from 1846 to 1851. He was the acting Registrar General (vice Samuel Fearon) in 1846 and became the Registrar General in 1848. He was the Assistant Harbor Master in 1851. He went to California for the gold rush in 1851. He was a Freemason and belonged to the Royal Sussex Lodge.
