Thomas Mulholland, tavern-keeper, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong in 1846. He ran a tavern named Wellington Inn he opened in the Circular Building in 1846.
Mulholland was married to Eliza [maiden name unknown]. She died in Hong Kong on June 20, 1849 and was buried at the Hong Kong Cemetery.
