Fagan, William John

William John Fagan, British Army civilian employee, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong in 1850. He was the Treasury Clerk in the Commissariat. He was a Freemason, and was the Worshipful Master of the Zetland Lodge in 1848, and the Senior Warden of Freemasonry in China in 1850.
