Mylius, Rodney

Rodney Mylius, British Army officer, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong from 1847 to 1850. He was a captain of the Ceylon Rifle Regiment and was the Brigade Major of the North Barracks. The Ceylon Rifle Regiment was stationed in Hong Kong between 1847 and 1850.

Mylius was married to Jane Ann Menzies. She died from cholera in Hong Kong on February 21, 1848 and was buried at the Hong Kong Cemetery.
