Thomas Craumer Piccope, mercantile assistant, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong in 1850. He was employed by the mercantile firm, Macvicar & Co., in 1850. He was a bill broker between 1859 and 1961.
Spring Gardens was listed as his address in 1850.
Piccope was the son of The Rev. John Piccope. He died in Hong Kong on July 31, 1861, Hong Kong and was buried at the Hong Kong Cemetery.
