Staveley, Charles William Dunbar

Charles William Dunbar Staveley, British Army officer, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong in 1850. He was the Assistant Military Secretary of the British Army in 1850. The Cantonments was listed as his address in 1850.

Staveley was born in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France. He was the son of William Staveley. Staveley died on November 23, 1896, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.

William and Charles William Dunbar Staveley were the only father and son Commander of British Forces in China and Hong Kong.
