Leonardo de Almada e Castro, civil servant, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong from 1845 to 1850. He was the Chief Clerk and Keeper of the Records in the Colonial Secretary's Office between 1846 and 1850. He was the Clerk of Council of the Executive and Legislative Councils in 1850.
