Alexander Grand-Pré, civil servant, was listed as a resident of Hong Kong from 1846 to 1859. He was the Fourth Clerk in Colonial Secretary's Office between 1846 and 1850. He was the Collector of Police and Lighting Rates between January 1858 and 1859.
